Through this extensive analysis, he identified a recurring and costly pattern: many property owners and businesses were consistently overpaying on their utility expenses, often without realizing the extent of the leakage or having the resources to uncover its source.
Recognizing a clear and meaningful need, Michael developed a disciplined approach to correct, optimize, and reduce unnecessary utility expenditures.
